Evaluates the needs of internal and external clients to provide high-quality customer service. Provide support as needed and defined by those to whom the position reports. Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Company's policies and applicable standard operating procedures. This role will spend the most time performing data entry login of specimen-related details, accessioning samples into the laboratory information system according to the given protocol with minimal errors and scanning requisitions with all related paperwork, and accurately labeling specimen(s)/slide(s) and ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate areas.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or GED equivalent, or equivalent work experience required.Actively displays behaviors that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor 's Degree or equivalent experience in the laboratory field preferred.Minimum of 1-year lab accessioning experience preferred; previous experience in health care/lab, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.*Please see the full job description at the end of the job ad.SCHEDULEMonday - Friday, 5 days/week in the office from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, exempt position, working from the Phoenix, AZ office location.READY TO JOIN OUR BIOTECH TEAM?We truly appreciate your time.
