ROLE DESCRIPTION This role combines customer service, account management, and sales support within a fast-paced insurance agency. You will support existing clients, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to improve coverage and overall customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide customer service support via phone, email, and text (inbound & outbound communication) Manage and service a book of business / client accounts Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews Support client retention and relationship management Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling (Life, Health, Auto, Home, Liability) Generate referrals and schedule customer review appointments Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems (ECRM or similar) Follow up on customer requests in a timely and professional manner Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS 1+ year of customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be able to work in office. This position is not remote.
