• Patient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 15 patients per day with 2 consults daily

• Case Mix: Vascular surgery cases including bypass and amputations

• No. of Beds in Department: 150
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Standard vascular surgery equipment
• Support Staff Available: Multidisciplinary hospital and clinic team
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (for clean files)
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

• Vascular assessments and management
• Participation in bypass and amputation cases
• Inpatient consults and hospital rounding

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Pennsylvania NP or PA license required
• Board: NP (ANCC/AANP) or PA-C; Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year vascular experience (surgical experience preferred but not required)
• Other Qualifications: Experience with Epic EMR preferred

• Provide vascular surgery support in clinic and hospital settings
• Conduct patient evaluations and manage treatment plans
• Perform hospital rounds and consults
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
