What You ll Do

• Provide advanced nursing support during urgent cardiothoracic surgeries, from cath lab to post-op care
• Support the surgical team with vein harvesting procedures and patient stabilization
• Manage patient care for adults (18+) in ICU and surgical recovery units
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure timely, safe patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call duties, including 4-hour callbacks during scheduled weekends
• Document care efficiently using EPIC electronic medical records system

What You Need

• PA Registered Nurse Practitioner license
• DEA license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery or intensive patient care
• Strong skills in critical care, patient assessment, and surgical support
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced surgical environment

This assignment is with a leading medical facility in Lebanon, PA, specializing in urgent cardiac surgeries, from cath lab procedures to ICU recovery. You will work closely with experienced surgeons and staff, providing critical support during complex surgeries and patient care transitions.
