Financial Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.

- Collection efforts by texting, email and calling.


- Record payments and apply them to the appropriate revenue.

- Enter revenue and send invoices to customers.

- Create and maintain spreadsheets for different accounts and tasks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of financial principles and practices. Willingness to learn financial principles and practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, and willing to learn new accounting software.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in small groups.

- Must be able to meet deadlines.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Good customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22 - $24 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week.
