Diverse Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler for a growing Indianapolis operation. What You'll Do:

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
Pick and deliver materials to designated departments and workstations
Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders
Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track materials accurately
Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as trained
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Must-Have Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for up to 8+ hours daily
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Preferred Experience

Previous warehouse or material handling experience
Shipping and receiving experience
Inventory control experience
RF scanner experience
Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment

Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Employees should expect:

Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
Regular lifting of materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Repetitive movement including bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Exposure to moving equipment and active production areas
Fast-paced work that requires attention to safety and productivity
