Accounts Payable Coordinator

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our accounting team in Harahan, LA. As a key member of the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate processing and payment of supplier invoices and employee expense reports in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments, resolve payment-related issues, and contribute to process improvement initiatives and technology-driven solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Accounts Payable operations. Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and employee expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. Review and ensure invoices are properly coded to the appropriate general ledger accounts and projects. Process supplier payments by check, ACH, and wire transfer. Partner with the Purchasing team and external suppliers to research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies. Assist with month-end close activities and related reporting. Perform other Accounts Payable responsibilities as needed. Qualifications 1 year of relevant Accounts Payable or accounting experience. Experience working with an accounting ERP system; Oracle experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments and with external suppliers. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and processes. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement.
