Your responsibilities will involve onboarding tasks such as preparing and issuing global employment contracts, coordinating with the recruitment team and candidates to facilitate the onboarding process, maintaining human resources systems, and responding to inquiries through email and phone. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams across data management, payroll, People and Culture and more. What you offer A bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience Proven ability to manage high volumes, juggle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output Strong stakeholder and customer focus, with a track record of building relationships and managing expectations Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail; able to work independently and escalating issues clearly Adaptable and quick to learn, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience in HR onboarding and process improvement initiatives What we offer At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that’s rewarding in all the ways that matter most to you.
