Senior Account Executive, DHA

Position Senior Account Executive, 4th Estate – Public Sector (Department of War) Responsibilities Acquire new accounts and generate new business within the Department of War community. Assess customer business problems and drive them towards investment through solution selling and contract execution. Lead and empower a matrix team of sales support roles to execute sales strategies and tactics. Manage the opportunity lifecycle and maintain ownership of the sales pipeline. Drive sales targets and report performance. Qualifications Experience as a sales professional with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Prior experience with complex sales to the US Department of War (DoW) or a similar federal agency. Expert knowledge of the DoW acquisition community and procurement processes. Strong hunter mindset with the ability to lead and empower sales teams. Excellent opportunity management and solution selling skills. Location: Washington, DC metro area. Compensation Base salary range: $141,550 – $214,400 annually (varies by location). In California, New York, and select metropolitan areas: $155,700 – $235,850 per year.
