Corporate/M&A Associate - DMV Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year Our firm is seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate with 3-5 years of experience for our DC-metro (DMV) offices. This is a strong fit for a deal-focused associate ready to take real ownership of transactions. What You'll Do: Support middle-market M&A transactions from diligence through closing Draft and negotiate transaction documents and handle general corporate matters Take responsibility for associate-level work and run workstreams with limited oversight What You Bring: 3-5 years of M&A experience; general corporate experience is a plus Experience supporting middle-market deals Admission to a DC, Maryland, or Virginia bar (as applicable) and good standing A bit about us: We are a well-established, full-service firm with a multi-office presence and a broad, collaborative practice spanning more than 30 areas of law.
