The anesthesia department functions under a physician supervision model with 100% hands-on MD involvement across its operating room program.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia care for a cardiac program, managing patients undergoing a variety of cardiovascular procedures during day shift coverage with call responsibilities. The role requires close collaboration with cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and perioperative teams in a high-acuity hospital setting. The case mix is focused on complex cardiac procedures, and board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians considered for this assignment.
