Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher education in related field a plus
- Experience working with children in an educational or care setting strongly preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from teachers and staff
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers by assisting with instruction and classroom management
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts
- Aid students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to classroom setup, organization, and daily routines
- Monitor student behavior and participate in interventions as needed
- Communicate student progress and concerns to supervising staff
