This is a full-time position offering a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000. As a critical member of our team, you will leverage your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students facing various mental health challenges.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while working within a school environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and generate individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific mental health needs of students.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, offered remotely to engage clients effectively.
• Partner with educators and school counselors to implement holistic intervention strategies for students facing social and emotional challenges.
• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and treatment records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and contribute to ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your practice.
• Engage in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery and tackle complex cases comprehensively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population includes elementary, middle, and high school students who may be dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. By fostering a supportive and trusting therapeutic alliance, you will work to empower students to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve academic success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , demonstrating adherence to regulatory standards and professional ethics.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting, with a preference for experience in school-based environments.
• Proven knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions suitable for children and adolescents.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with educational teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a school system or with adolescent clients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic approaches specifically designed for younger populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting is a plus.
