Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, personal histories, and therapy goals, which establish a foundation for treatment. Deliver evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and narrative therapy techniques. Design and implement customized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, regularly revising these plans based on client feedback and therapeutic developments. Foster an open therapeutic alliance with clients, encouraging trust while guiding them through recovery processes and personal growth. Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical practices, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards. Participate actively in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor client progress and modify therapy approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LCSW at our clinic, you will engage with a variegated client population comprising individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
