Pyramid Counseling Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality outpatient therapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status, utilizing DSM-5 tools and other evidence-based methodologies to inform an individualized plan of care.
• Develop, implement, and continuously review personalized treatment plans, interacting closely with clients and their families to ensure alignment with identified goals and cultural considerations.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary to effectively support mental health diagnoses and integrate feedback into treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client treatment records and clinical reports, adhering to all regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.
• Facilitate referrals to other service providers and health professionals, establishing strong working relationships to enhance the continuum of care for clients.
• Act as an educator by providing mentorship to interns and volunteers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional support within the clinic.
• Work with clinical supervisors to participate in clinical collaborations, sharing insights for quality improvement through peer reviews and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve clients affected by cancer, helping them cope with the psychological ramifications of their diagnosis. Your expertise in mental health will be critical in addressing not only the individual’s emotional needs but also the dynamics of their family systems, ensuring culturally sensitive and impactful therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid and current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

Experience in mental health counseling, particularly for oncology patients, is highly preferred but not explicitly required. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to diverse populations will be beneficial as you adapt therapeutic strategies to meet complex client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
