Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders through remote consultations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and advance treatment plans aimed at achieving common goals related to client health outcomes. Respectfully engage with clients from a variety of cultural and personal backgrounds, adapting communication and treatment styles to meet their unique needs. Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and codes of conduct while delivering compassionate care. Perform assessments, monitor client status, and facilitate treatment interventions based on individual client needs. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, improve service delivery, and address ongoing challenges in treatment. Conduct detailed assessments, including brief screenings, to determine appropriate interventions and treatment pathways. Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring timely response and comprehensive support for clients in distress. Manage and document client caseload, ensuring timely and thorough updates to treatment plans and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to the agency's quality improvement initiatives by participating in relevant committees and providing feedback on service delivery processes. Patient Population / Client Focus This role specifically targets individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those suffering from major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, or other serious emotional disturbances. Our diverse client population represents a range of cultural backgrounds and varying treatment needs, requiring sensitivity and adaptability from our clinical staff. An understanding of social determinants of health is essential to effectively address overarching systemic issues facing our clients. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required for this position. A valid and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Texas is mandatory. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and documentation. Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage a caseload efficiently and meet performance goals. Competency in addressing age-related issues and the specific developmental needs of different populations served. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is preferred but not mandatory. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
