Responsibilities As an Employment Law Paralegal, you will: Manage plaintiff-side employment litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence Prepare and organize trial exhibits, deposition summaries, and mediation materials Coordinate document production and discovery Review personnel files, payroll records, and employment documents Assist with wage and hour damages calculationsPrepare filings in California state and federal courts Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert witnesses Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status Support attorneys during all phases of litigation, including trial preparation Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of Employment Law Paralegal experience Experience handling California employment litigation Knowledge of: FEHA PAGA Wage & Hour Litigation Wrongful Termination Workplace Discrimination Harassment Strong litigation, organizational, and case management skills Experience with electronic court filings in California Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment Ideal Background We're looking for someone who enjoys working on meaningful employment litigation while being part of a close-knit team.
