We are representing a well-established litigation practice in the San Fernando Valley seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to step into a rare kind of seat, the sole paralegal supporting a team of three litigation shareholders. Not one of many, not buried in a rotation. You\'ll be the person the team actually relies on. Key Responsibilities Be the right hand to three litigation shareholders - real ownership, real autonomy, not just support work. Run discovery, pleadings, and case correspondence start to finish, with the trust to manage it your way. E-file with confidence in both California Superior Court and federal court (CM/ECF). Build genuine client relationships - direct exposure, not filtered through layers of staff. Be the go-to person the attorneys turn to first - the connective tissue that keeps the practice moving. What We\'re Looking For 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience across both state and federal court. Solid e-filing chops - CA Superior Court and federal CM/ECF. A track record of supporting multiple attorneys at once without needing close direction. Comfort being the face of the case to clients - confident, clear, professional. Paralegal certificate or bachelor\'s degree. Already living in the greater LA area - this one\'s for local talent only. Bonus points for an ABA-approved paralegal program or Westlaw/LexisNexis fluency — not required, just a plus.
