Position Summary

• Pay Range: $20.00-$31.00  per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience) 
• Shift: Weekend Shift- Friday-Sunday | 6:00A-6:30P  |  3-Day Work Week
  work 36 hours | paid for 40 hours + $1.50/hr. shift differential

  Key Responsibilities

• Follow and execute sequenced instructions, work orders, and blueprints to produce parts that meet specifications.
• Perform proper machine start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Set up, load, and operate press brake or punch press equipment according to production requirements.
• Monitor part quality by evaluating dimensions and identifying defects, making adjustments as necessary.
• Use metal finishing tools such as grinders and abrasives to meet surface finish requirements.
• Safely operate material handling equipment including cranes, positioners, magnets, and hooks.
• Utilize fixtures, templates, and other material control devices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.
• Participate in maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the work environment .
• Read and write in English to complete operational documentation and preventive maintenance requirements .

• Ability to successfully complete forming and general shop assessments within the first week of employment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely.
• Previous metal forming or press brake experience preferred but not required.
