Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, followed by the creation of effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate personal growth and healing.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer remote sessions, ensuring accessibility for those facing transportation or mobility constraints.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable the establishment of a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
