Business Analysis Manager

Job Overview The Business Analysis Manager owns consolidated base analytics for the Prepaid business across all prepaid brands and serves as the analytical backbone for the Steering team’s forecasting and performance management processes. The role expands prepaid analytics capabilities, aligns with the new Enterprise Performance Management organization, and maintains a unified view of key prepaid performance metrics—subscriber base, gross adds, deactivations, reactivations, net adds, and ARPU—across the entire portfolio. The manager delivers insights, analysis, and reporting, partners with marketing, product, and platform teams on complex modeling, and participates in designing reporting structures and interfaces. Job Responsibilities Interact with teams across T‑Mobile to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that deliver data‑driven, optimized experiences. Serve as a key point of contact for data and reporting solutions, driving enterprise results through reports, dashboards, visuals, and self‑service environments. Utilize analytical and modeling capabilities to enhance decision making and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all organizational levels. Education Bachelor’s Degree in data analysis, data science, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. Work Experience 4–7 years solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches. 4–7 years reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). 4–7 years advanced analytics, including SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, and quantitative research. Preferred: experience with Python, R, Go, or similar statistical/data science language. Preferred: telecommunications industry experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional data analysis skills, delivering broad insights to maximize value and ROI. Strong problem‑solving ability. Excellent communication, able to influence and explain complex analysis to stakeholders. Financial modeling capability. Telecommunications knowledge (preferred). At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel No travel required. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $77,900 – $140,500 per year. Corporate bonus target: 15%. Eligible for an annual bonus, periodical sales incentive or bonus, and potential eligibility for other incentive plans.
