Business Analysis Manager

This Business Analysis Manager role owns consolidated base analytics for the Prepaid business across all prepaid brands and serves as the analytical backbone for the Steering team's forecasting and performance management processes. The position supports the expansion of prepaid analytics capabilities and the newly established Enterprise Performance Management organization. It is responsible for maintaining the single, unified view of key prepaid performance metrics—including subscriber base, gross adds, deactivations, reactivations, net adds, and ARPU—in the entire prepaid brand portfolio, enabling consistent reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making. This is NOT a remote position. T‑Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring the candidate to be in the office three (3) days per week. Job Responsibilities Interact with various teams across T‑Mobile to provide insights, analysis and recommendations that deliver data‑driven, optimized experiences. Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self‑service environments. Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks. Utilize analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Similar Quantitative Fields or equivalent practical experience (Required). Work Experience 4–7 years of working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required). 4–7 years of working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required). 4–7 years of working experience in advanced analytics, including SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required). Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred (Preferred). Telecommunications experience preferred (Preferred). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional data analysis skills using wide‑ranging datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights (Required). Strong problem‑solving skills (Required). Excellent communication, relationship management, influence, and the ability to present complex analysis clearly (Required). Financial modeling expertise (Required). Telecommunications knowledge preferred (Preferred). Travel Travel Required: No. Compensation Base Pay Range: $77,900–$140,500. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
