If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesAssign production tasks to team membersWork independently on production assignments, often at a satellite copy center without direct supervisionEnsure all projects have been properly completed and quality checkedWork to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveriesAssist management with training new hires on all processesOther duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities, reception, hospitality servicesQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environmentAbility to lead others in a professional mannerStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaintsAbility to multitask with attention to detailWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timePreferred Shift: Candidate will work 10:00a.m to 7:00p.mThe Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
