As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of corporate real estate assets, overseeing lease administration, portfolio performance, and complex real estate transactions. The position requires a strong understanding of commercial real estate, lease negotiation, lease language and clauses, contract management, and relationship management across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating and managing complex, high-value leases while maintaining strict attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with property managers, leasing agents, landlords, internal legal teams, and business partners to resolve property-related issues, ensure compliance with lease terms, and support the company's overall real estate strategy.Key responsibilities include managing real estate assets, overseeing portfolio performance, conducting due diligence related to acquisitions and mergers, preparing portfolio and fiduciary reports, and negotiating contracts that align with business objectives while maximizing property value and operational efficiency.Opportunity to join a stable and highly respected financial institution with a strong market presence. Experience negotiating and interpreting leases, lease clauses, and contract terms. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Experience partnering with landlords, property managers, leasing agents, legal teams, and business stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.This position is based in Pittsburgh and requires an on-site presence five days per week.
