Cardiovascular Disease Specialist - Arkansas/Louisiana District Spare

Position Overview As a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist, the incumbent will serve as the primary contact for customers within the Arkansas/Louisiana territory, collaborating closely with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and field colleagues to deliver patient‑focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory‑level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics. Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio. Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with health‑care providers to align customer needs with company products according to product labeling. Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals. Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent; or high‑school diploma and 0–3 years of relevant experience (S1 level). For S2 level: 3+ years of sales experience or at least 6 years of relevant experience, including professional sales, marketing, military service, or roles within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices. Evidence of strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with independent and collaborative work capability. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, analyze complex data, leverage digital tools, and adapt to changing market conditions. Preferred Experience and Skills Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service. Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals. Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in cardiovascular sales with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists. Experience launching products in competitive markets and simplifying complex information for customers. Proficiency in advanced analytics and multi‑channel technology to expand sales reach. A proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset. Travel & Territory The role is field‑based and requires coverage of the Arkansas/Louisiana territory. Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time to support client meetings and ensure comprehensive territory coverage.
