Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments tailored to each client's unique background and needs, analyzing mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based treatment modalities and regularly evaluating progress toward therapeutic goals.

• Develop detailed and personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals in collaboration with clients, adjusting them based on ongoing assessments.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment, providing immediate support and safety planning when necessary to ensure client safety.

• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all records reflect the highest level of care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that meets the comprehensive needs of clients.

Qualifications\n
