Bilingual Onsite Recruiter

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday Compensation: $22.50/hour + Bonus | Weekly Pay Reports To: Branch Manager What you will do You will run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client location and be the go-to contact for both the client and the associates working there. That means: Building genuine relationships with clients and job seekers, and being the first call for staffing needs, placements, and ongoing support Reviewing resumes, assessing candidates, and spotting the right talent for each role Partnering with recruiters and leadership to build staffing strategies that hit hiring goals Representing Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep a strong pipeline flowing Owning the onboarding process, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keeping every file complete and compliant Leading first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed Supporting payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately and on time Checking in regularly with clients and associates to keep satisfaction high and catch issues early What you bring High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (agency experience is a bonus) Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport fast Sharp organizational skills and comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, plus experience with an Applicant Tracking System Confidence conducting in-person and phone interviews with real attention to detail A proactive, solution-first mindset and the ability to work independently and on a team What you get Weekly pay at $23.50/hour, plus bonus potential Real career growth with clear pathways inside a fast-expanding organization An early schedule that gives you your afternoons and evenings back A team that has your back and a mission you can be proud of #J-18808-Ljbffr Midway Staffing, Inc.
