Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver crisis intervention for clients experiencing emotional and behavioral issues, ensuring each individual receives tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate comprehensive discussions with clients and their family support systems to establish effective treatment and discharge plans, promoting overall family well-being and continuity of care.

• Maintain open lines of communication with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide updates on patient progress, address potential concerns, and collaboratively resolve issues regarding treatment effectiveness.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously through timely completion of progress notes and treatment records using our electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and department policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop customized treatment strategies, focusing on evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health concerns. Your role will focus on employing mindfulness and solution-oriented therapies to empower clients to navigate their challenges, utilizing tools and techniques that enable them to develop coping skills and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 3 years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health assessment and interventions.

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field.

• Proficient in diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning, equipped to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
