- Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, registered nurses, physicians, and family members, to devise integrated care plans.
- Educate patients and their families to bolster progress outside of the therapy setting.
- Partake in occasional inpatient evaluations and speech therapy interventions, ensuring a smooth continuum of care throughout the rehabilitation process.

- Engage in ongoing education and professional collaboration to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Licenses and Certifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) issued by ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first month of employment.
Skills Required
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies across all ages, with an in-depth understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, both developmental and acquired.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Capability to modify therapy approaches to cater to various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Analytical acumen with well-honed clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and documentation protocols.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary reflective of your experience.
- Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work-life balance while managing diverse caseloads.
- Opportunities for specialization in pediatric care, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric therapy.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.
