Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Serve your country as a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. This position DOES NOT require you to relocate. Navy commissioned CRNA's attend to service members and their families in much the same way a civilian doctor would. They typically enjoy an accelerated career track, with opportunities to take part in humanitarian relief efforts stateside and around the world. They work at top military medical facilities and are privy to advanced training and technology so progressive, the civilian world may not be aware of it yet. During monthly drilling, CRNA's in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist degree from an accredited U.S. nursing school; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Council of Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) Current license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico Eligibility for board certification Completion of at least one year of an approved graduate medical education internship
