Commercial/Construction Litigation Associate Attorney

A well-established, nationally recognized firm with offices on Long Island and in New York City is seeking a junior to midlevel litigation associate to join its thriving Construction & Surety Practice Group. The firm has made significant recent investments in this practice area, expanding the group to 17 attorneys and launching a dedicated surety practice — signaling a genuine commitment to growth in this space. Associates joining this group will work on sophisticated matters spanning construction disputes, surety bond claims, lien law, delay and defect litigation, and related coverage issues, alongside a collegial and deeply experienced team.
