PASTRY COOK II
The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna'i is looking for a Pastry Cook II who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and specialty items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
- Manage assigned pastry station, ensuring proper mise en place, production levels, and timely execution of orders.
- Support Pastry Cook I operations and assume leadership responsibilities during absences as needed.
- Operate, maintain, and clean pastry and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory, rotate stock, label and date products, and maintain proper food storage and temperature controls.
- Minimize waste and support food cost management through effective production planning and portion control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment while adhering to all food safety and quality standards.

What To Bring
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
- Hawaii Food Handler's Card and ServSafe is required for this role
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
