Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Day/night rotation
• Weekends and holidays required

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure, in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
• At least 1 year of previous travel nursing experience
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and documentation systems
• Dedication to patient-centered, compassionate care

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized, high-quality care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans
• Respond swiftly and accurately in emergency situations
• Educate patients and families about illness, procedures, and ongoing care needs
