What’s a typical day as Accounts Receivable Clerk? You’ll be:

• Managing accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely entry of transactions
• Answering phones and providing professional customer service to clients and visitors
• Assisting the Sales Department by greeting customers and supporting sales staff, especially on scheduled Saturdays
• Performing additional administrative or support tasks as needed to ensure business operations run smoothly

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bring previous experience in accounts receivable, office administration, or similar roles (preferred)
• Are comfortable using accounting software (experience with Sage100 a plus)
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Are available to work the required schedule, including every other Saturday
• Can adapt to various tasks and enjoy supporting multiple departments as needed
