Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice within a professional law firm environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist attorneys with day-to-day litigation matters and case management
- Coordinate and track litigation deadlines and court dates
- Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents and court filings
- Electronically file documents with courts and agencies
- Communicate with court personnel regarding filings and procedural matters
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and attorney schedules
- Enter attorney time and support billing activities
- Review pre-bills and assist with billing accuracy
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Litigation Legal Secretary
- Law firm experience required
- Court e-filing experience
- Deadline and calendar management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Kofax/Nuance, InTapp, LMS+, or iManage
- Billing and time-entry experience
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
