Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Monrovia, CA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to raise awareness of Reclaim Prosthetics’ mission and services. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media campaigns, managing posting schedules, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. The Social Media Manager will interact with followers, respond to messages and comments, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather stories, visuals, and updates. This position also involves maintaining brand consistency, supporting outreach initiatives, and identifying opportunities to grow the online community and partnerships. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns and increase reach and engagement. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling messages and interact professionally with online audiences and partners. Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to align social media efforts with organizational goals and create cohesive, mission-driven content plans. Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), analytics tools, and basic graphic or video editing is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Monrovia, CA, collaborate with a small team, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Prior experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or community-focused organizations is a plus, as is a demonstrated passion for accessibility, mobility, or social impact.
