Contract AdministratorBoulder Imaging is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the sales team as we look to expand the deployment of our high-performance machine vision systems and IdentiFlight technology. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business environment with complex technical and commercial agreements.ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting and Review.Prepare, review, and edit standard sales, lease, supply, service, purchase, and non-disclosure agreements.Ensure contract language is clear, accurate, and aligned with company policies.Support negotiations by drafting redlines and consolidating comments from stakeholders.Contract Administration and Tracking.Maintain centralized contract records in the company's contract management system.Track key dates (deliverables, renewals, milestones, payments) and notify stakeholders in advance.Ensure signed copies and supporting documentation are properly archived.Compliance and Risk Support.Verify that contracts comply with applicable laws, export controls, and company policies.Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Sales, and Project Management to ensure obligations are met.Flag risks or inconsistencies for escalation to management.Cross-Functional Coordination.Work closely with Project Management, Accounting, and Professional Services teams to align contract terms with operational capabilities.Support international business partners with documentation, contract templates, and compliance guidance.Assist Sales and Project Management with customer communication related to contractual obligations.Continuous Improvement.Maintain and update contract templates and checklists.Support implementation of process improvements in contract administration and recordkeeping.Contribute to training for staff on contract procedures and best practices.Qualifications and SkillsStrong attention to detail.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to collaborate across departments (Sales, Legal, Project Management, Accounting).Expertise in legal contract terms, negotiation, and document management tools.Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.Experience with Contract Management Systems.Key AttributesSelf-motivated individual capable of learning the industry and our technology.Able to communicate both written and verbally at the highest professional level.Approachable, enthusiastic, and collaborative.Sense of humor and self-awareness: introspective enough to recognize we are all human.Confidence to work independently and experienced enough to ask for help for efficiency.Highly motivated and willing to devote time and effort to accelerated learning.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to drive process improvement, standardization, and documentation.Ability to thrive and succeed in a small office environment that is quickly growing as a global industry leader.Education and Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, International Relations, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, or related field.5+ years experience in contract administration, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology companyBenefitsMedical and Dental Insurance plans through CignaFSA and HSA plans.Employer contribution to HSAVision plans through SunLife VSP providers401(k) plus fully vested matchEmployer paid LTD,Life Insurance and AD&D, Travel AssistanceEmployee Assistance ProgramVoluntary Life Insurance and AD&DVoluntary STD insurance with no EOISupplemental Coverages:Voluntary accident insuranceVoluntary Critical IllnessVoluntary Hospital IndemnityVoluntary Legal and ID Theft
