Business Manager

LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a Jr. Business Manager in the Rivera Beach, FL area. Our client is looking for a Jr. Business Manager with a strong background in accounting, finance, customer service, and administrative duties. This role is working fully in office with a client that offers excellent benefits. Responsibilities to include: Meet with key customer contact(s) at start of job to establish communication stream. Ensure proper set up initial work order. Generate weekly invoices for each work order and review with Project Manager. Analyze project invoicing for time recording, or material purchase issues before submitting to customer. Finalize invoices with any changes from Project Manager or issue identified when analyzing the project and submit to customer. Review and assist Project Mangers with outstanding receivables. Provide Controller bi-weekly cash forecast. Evaluate all Business Processes and make suggestions for improvements. As part of month-end financial close, provide Controller with analysis of projects that closed ahead of budget and over budget. Analyzing sub-contractor and material markups against proposal and identify any discrepancies. Analyzing the cause of the material project variances.
