Senior Accountant

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $82,000 - $95,000/year Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in a hybrid work environment. This role will be responsible for supporting the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities General Accounting & Close Lead and support the month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with departments such as FP&A, operations, and leadership to support business needs Provide guidance on accounting treatment and financial processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Work Environment Collaborative, team-oriented culture Flexible work environment with a focus on results and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
