IT End User Support Specialist
Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience providing IT end user support. Fields service requests, manages end user expectations and escalates where necessary. Troubleshoots connectivity issues for devices (mobile and laptops) and applications.
- Provides day to day support for Windows 10 (with some Mac and Linux) users
- Active Directory account creation and account management
- Supports desktop and laptop imaging via MDT
- Supports MS Office 365
- Supports remote VPN users
- Asset management
- Basic network troubleshooting
