Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, developing personalized therapy plans aimed at addressing their challenges.

• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based practices and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring adherence to confidentiality regulations.

• Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous professional development and sharing insights on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
