Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload, building rapport with clients and fostering professional relationships grounded in ethics and trust.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss their mental well-being, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clear communication about discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, continually monitoring their progress to ensure effective interventions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical assessments, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision to foster personal and professional growth as well as enhance treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with psychiatric disorders and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
