Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each patient's mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.

• Document all required treatment records, clinical reports, and evaluations accurately and on time, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental guidelines.
