This position is primarily remote, enabling our therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes or offices. However, you will also have the option to operate from our welcoming outpatient office, where privacy and comfort are essential for both clinicians and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health challenges and create tailored treatment programs based on each client's needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods and techniques to encourage personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress towards these goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who may encounter barriers to accessing in-person therapy sessions, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation to uphold ethical standards and track therapeutic progress efficiently.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Tiny Steps, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our ideal candidate is equipped to provide culturally competent care and has experience working with various demographics, including couples, children, teens, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A current and active LMFT license issued by the state.

• At least two years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating a commitment to effective therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
