Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for adults facing various mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, child psychiatry fellows, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective treatment plans.

• Lead educational sessions for medical students and supervise residents undergoing psychotherapy training, fostering the next generation of mental health clinicians.

• Participate in regular meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute to multidisciplinary team approaches.

• Document patient interactions meticulously in accordance with departmental protocols, ensuring accurate records of assessments, treatment progress, and therapy notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults from diverse backgrounds experiencing a wide array of psychiatric diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n
