Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for clients, identifying their strengths, challenges, and therapeutic needs while ensuring all intake documentation is accurate and complete.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

• Implement vocational, experiential, and family counseling strategies to support clients in their broader life contexts and help them achieve holistic wellness.

• Work collaboratively with community resources and referral agencies to coordinate comprehensive services that support client recovery and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to work with both adult individuals and families, helping to facilitate healing and growth within their emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing your ability to thrive in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
