Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will involve various responsibilities integral to the mental health care process, including:

• Managing a caseload of clients by establishing and maintaining rapport while respecting professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to review their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and evaluate discharge needs when appropriate.

• Collaborating with clients to develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Documenting client interaction and progress notes accurately to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients effectively.

• Providing individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to support client mental health goals.

• Engaging in individual supervision and team meetings to ensure best practices and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your understanding and responsiveness to these unique client backgrounds will be essential in providing effective support and treatment. Our holistic and individualized approach ensures we meet every client's unique clinical needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Preferred Experience\n

We seek professionals with a minimum of one year of dedicated experience working with psychiatric patients and/or those with substance abuse issues. Experience in client assessment and diagnosis as well as conducting both individual and group therapy sessions is highly desirable. Proficiency in using clinical documentation software and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
