Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, including risk assessments and behavioral guidelines.

• Timely completion of documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based tools and methodologies as determined by clinical protocols, ensuring best practices in treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans.

• Engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic maintains high standards of care.

• Act as a liaison with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to provide a seamless continuum of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at WeCare, you will primarily serve a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals with substance use disorders, those recovering from developmental disabilities, and clients dealing with the effects of acquired brain injuries. Your role is crucial in providing the support and tools they need to move from crisis situations to stability and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the relevant state authority.

Compensation and Benefits\n
