Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable approach while responding to site needs with agility and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and document visitor and/or contractor activity.
• Support emergency response activities, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders during security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
