Member Engagement Manager

To engage clients' employees effectively, the remote Member Engagement Manager will build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, create engaging content, and partner with stakeholders to enhance member interaction with LearnLux benefits. Key responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel engagement campaigns in Braze, including email, SMS, and direct mail Partner with Client Success to develop and present innovative member engagement strategies tailored to client needs Create short-form and digital content while managing the production of physical engagement materials Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or community/member engagement, preferably in the benefits industry Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with clients Familiarity with engagement metrics and email/campaign tools
